SGM Hub is an independent, experimental project built for learning, portfolio, and community purposes. Features such as GM, Onchain Game, Mint Token, Mint NFT, Marketplace, Swap, and Paper Trading are provided as-is for demonstration and experimentation with onchain technology. Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

The SGM token, any NFTs minted through the Site, and any in-game or marketplace items have no guaranteed monetary value. They may have little to no value, and you should not treat them as an investment. Paper Trading uses simulated balances only and does not involve real funds, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific feature.

Interacting with blockchain networks involves inherent risks, including but not limited to network fees (gas), transaction failures, smart contract bugs, price volatility, and irreversible transactions. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase. We will never ask for your private keys or seed phrase, and you should never share them with anyone claiming to represent this Site.

You agree not to: attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate the Site's tools, APIs, or rate limits; upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content when minting NFTs; use the Site for fraud, spam, or any unlawful activity; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the admin panel or backend systems.

When you upload an image or create metadata to mint an NFT, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property. We reserve the right to remove uploaded content that violates these Terms, where technically possible (note that once data is recorded on a public blockchain, it may not be removable).

The Site integrates or links to third-party services (such as swap/bridge providers, weather and currency data APIs, and blockchain networks). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services.

The Site and all its features are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SGM Hub and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of tokens/NFTs, arising from your use of the Site.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or its features at any time, without prior notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
