Privacy Policy

Wallet Address: When you connect a wallet or use features such as GM, Mint Token, Mint NFT, Marketplace, or Paper Trading, we may read and store your public wallet address (e.g. for scanning balances, claiming SGM tokens, or tracking your paper trading account). We never have access to your private keys or seed phrase, and we never ask for them.

Contact Form: If you use the Contact page, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit, in order to respond to you.

Referral / Invite Links: If you arrive via an invite link, we store the referral code locally in your browser (localStorage) to credit the referring user once you connect a wallet and complete an action such as saying GM.

Technical Data: Like most websites, our server may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and access times, mainly for security and rate-limiting purposes (to prevent abuse of our tools and APIs).

Uploaded Files: If you upload an image to mint an NFT, that image and its associated metadata are stored on our server/IPFS-compatible storage and become publicly accessible via the generated URL, as is standard for NFT metadata.

We use the information above to: operate and improve the Site's tools; verify on-chain actions (such as GM check-ins or token claims); respond to contact messages; prevent abuse, spam, and fraud through rate limiting; and maintain basic security logs.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not request or store private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords. We do not share your contact form submissions with third parties except as required by law.

Some features rely on third-party services and infrastructure, including blockchain networks (which are public and permanent by nature), weather and currency data providers, and swap/bridge partners (such as LI.FI or Jumper Exchange) when you use the Swap tool. These third parties have their own privacy policies, and any data you share directly with them (e.g. by connecting a wallet inside their widget) is governed by their own terms.

We use your browser's local storage to remember preferences (such as light/dark theme) and referral codes. This data stays on your device and is not automatically transmitted to us unless required to complete an action (such as crediting a referral).

Contact messages and paper trading account data are retained as long as necessary to operate the Site. On-chain data (transactions, mints, claims) is public and permanent by the nature of blockchain technology and cannot be deleted by us.

You may request that we delete personal data you've submitted through the Contact form (such as your name and email) by reaching out via the Contact page. Note that this does not apply to on-chain data, which is immutable by design.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
